Cheesecake Cups

  • 2 (8oz. pkg cream cheese

  • 2 eggs

  • ¾ cup white sugar

  • 1 tsp, vanilla

  • 1 box vanilla wafers ( I get them at The Bulk Zone, they come in a box, I think the brand is Nalla?)

Beat the first 5 ingredients until fluffy.
Line small tart tins with paper liners. 
Place one wafer in the bottom of each cup. 
Fill 3/4 full with cream fil
