head romaine lettuce shredded to small pieces
small bunches broccoli chopped small (OK to use some stems)
green onions – chopped
pkg oriental noodles broken into small pieces
¼ cup butter or margarine
1 cup chopped walnuts
Fry last three ingredients together until dark (almost burnt)
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup vinegar (balsamic best!)
Add noodle mixture to greens and add dressing and toss until mixed. Enjoy!
