Super Chocolate Fudge

  • 1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 can Eagle brand condensed milk

  • 1 cups icing sugar

  •  pinch salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • cup chopped nuts

Melt chips in heavy saucepan over low heat with milk
Stir in rest of ingredients
Spread evenly in waxed paper 8X8" pan
Chill two or three hours
Turn onto cutting board, strip off wax and cut into squares


Combine chips and milk in 2 quarts glass measure and microwave two minutes on high
Stir until chips melt and mixture is smooth
Stir in remaining ingredients and proceed as above
