Avocado Salad

  • 2 large avocados

  • 1 onion

  • 2 large tomatoes

  • 3 oz olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 tbsp wine vinegar

  • ½ tsp each salt and pepper

  • 8 drops Worcestershire sauce

  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese

Cut up and toss first 3 ingredients in salad bowl
Put remaining ingredients except egg in blender.
Boil egg 1 minute and add to blender
Blend for 1 minute on high
Add cheese and blend again
Pour over veggies and chill ½ hour
