BBQ Flank Steak

  • 1½ lb flank steak

  • ½ cup Soya sauce

  • ¼ cup lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 2 chopped green onions

Place steak in shallow dish
Combine other ingredients and pour over steak
Marinate overnight in fridge, turning occasionally
BBQ over hit grill about five minutes each side, brushing frequently with marinade
Carve steak diagonally across grain into thin slices
Serves four
