Dusty Potatoes

  • ¾ cup dry bread crumbs

  • ½ tsp each nutmeg and garlic salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • 4 medium potatoes (prepared and quartered)

  • 1/3 cup melted butter

Mix crumbs and seasoning
Dip spuds in melted butter, then roll in crumb mixture

Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 until crisp and brown (about 1 hour)
