Mrs. Leduc's Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs

  • 1 small bottle ketchup

  • 1½ cups water

  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ¾ cup brown sugar

  • ½ cup vinegar

  • salt to taste

Combine all but sugar and boil
Add sugar and simmer 15 minutes
Pour over breaded (egg and bread crumbs) ribs - up to 5 lb
Cook at 300F for several hours (The longer the better)
