Pesto
- 2 cups lightly packed basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Rinse and drain basil.
Combine garlic and oil in a food processor and process until garlic finely
chopped.
Add basil and nuts and process until finely smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and process until blended.
Recipe will fully dress one pound of meat or fish. |
