Pork Chops with Orange Sauce

  • 2 lg sliced onions

  • 6-8 pork chops

  • 1½ cups orange juice

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • flour/salt/pepper/accent/garlic powder

Brown onions in frying pan until golden
Remove from pan and dip in mixture of flour, pepper, salt, accent and garlic
Fry on high heat until dark brown
Simmer with onions, orange juice and sugar for 1½ hours or until tender

(Authors note, the instructions didn't include the pork chops. I assume that the pork chops are placed in the pan with the onions in the first step, and that it's them that are removed and dipped. - CR)
