Ruben Dip

  • 1 - 15 oz can sauerkraut (drained well)

  • 8 oz Swiss cheese (shredded)

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 pkg corned beef

Chop beef and mix all ingredients in casserole dish
Bake at 350F for ½ hour
Serve with rye chips
