  • 3 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp ginger

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • ¾ cup water

  • 1/3 cup each sugar and lemon juice

  • ¼ cup Soya sauce

Mix in pan
Add chicken or ribs
Baste while baking
