Summer Slush

  • 2-3 blended bananas (quite ripe)

  • 1 - 12 oz can mixed frozen lemonade

  • 1 - 12 oz can orange juice

  • 24 oz each grapefruit juice and pineapple juice

  • 2/3 cup sugar, dissolved in warm water

  • 26 oz vodka or gin

Mix well, put in freezer for two days. Makes 4 litres.

To serve, scoop into glass, add 2-3 oz 7-up or sprite. Garnish with orange wedge and cherry.

Will keep for 2-3 months in freezer
