Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 3 tbsp corn starch

  • 2/3 cup vinegar

  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce

  • ¼ cup ketchup

  • 1 can (14 oz) pineapple chunks

Roll ribs in flour
Fast fry and set aside
Mix above ingredients to make sauce
Pour sauce over browned ribs and bake two hours at 275F
Serves 5
