Frozen Chocolate Banana Loaf

  • 1½ cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs (about 30)

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 3 tbsp melted margarine

  • 1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

  • 2/3 cup chocolate flavoured syrup

  • 2 sm mashed ripe bananas (¾ cup)

  • 2 cups whipped whipping cream (no non-dairy substitutes)

Line 9X5" loaf pan with foil and butter foil
Combine crumbs, sugar, and margarine
Press firmly onto bottom and half way up sides of pan
In large bowl, combine milk, syrup, and bananas. Mix well
Fold into whipped cream, pour into prepared pan, cover with saran wrap
Freeze 6 hours or until firm
To serve, remove from pan, peel off foil and garnish with a row of sliced bananas, drizzled with chocolate syrup
Return leftovers to freezer
