Whipped Shortbread

  • 1 lb butter

  • ½ cup cornstarch

  • 1 cup icing sugar

  • 3 cups flour

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Mix butter and cornstarch
Whip then add icing sugar and flour slowly while whipping
Spoon on cookie sheet or roll into balls and flatten with a fork
Bake at 375F for 12 minutes
