Chicken Wings

  • 1 lb chicken wings

  • 3 tbsp each Soya sauce and lemon juice

  • ½ tsp onion powder or ½ cup grated onion

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • salt/white pepper to taste

Remove wing tips with shears and discard
Separate wing at joint and put both parts in bowl
Mix Soya, lemon juice, onion and pour over chicken
Cover loosely and marinate several hours in fridge
Mix honey and ketchup with 1 tbsp of marinade and brush half over wings
Season and BBQ for 15 minutes, turn, brush rest of sauce and cook for another 15 minutes
Can be done under broiler as well
