Ray's Corner
¾ cup dry bread crumbs
½ tsp each nutmeg and garlic salt
¼ tsp pepper
4 medium potatoes (prepared and quartered)
1/3 cup melted butter
Mix crumbs and seasoning Dip spuds in melted butter, then roll in crumb mixture
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 until crisp and brown (about 1 hour)
