Lasagne

1 pkg lasagne noodles

2 lb ground beef
-
3 med onions
-
salt/pepper to taste
-
4½ tsp Italian seasoning
-
3 cloves garlic
-
2 - 12oz cans Tomato paste and 2 cans water

2 lg cans tomato sauce and 2 cans water
-
3 sm cans drained mushrooms
-
½-1 lb grated or sliced mozzarella cheese
-
parmesan cheese
Brown beef, onions, salt & pepper
Add garlic, Italian seasoning, tomato paste, and sauce, water, mushrooms
Cook 2½ hours uncovered
Place 1/3 sauce in bottom of deep 13X9" pan
Layer noodles, ricotta cheese, mozzarella and parmesan
Add more sauce, noodles, then rest of sauce
Sprinkle with parmesan
Cook 1½-2 hours at 350F, adding more mozzarella and uncovering for last 15
minutes
Let stand 15 minutes before cutting
