Rice Pilaf

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • ˝ cup onion

  • 1 cup uncooked rice

  • 2˝ cups water

  • 2 chicken bullion cubes

  • ˝ cup celery

  • ˝ tsp rosemary

Melt butter in a medium saucepan
Add rice and sauté until brown
Add water, cover and cook for 15 minutes
Chicken chunks make a nice addition if available
