Rice Pilaf

2 tbsp butter

˝ cup onion
-
1 cup uncooked rice
-
2˝ cups water
-
2 chicken bullion cubes
-
˝ cup celery
-
˝ tsp rosemary
Melt butter in a medium saucepan
Add rice and sauté until brown
Add water, cover and cook for 15 minutes
Chicken chunks make a nice addition if available
