Seven Layer Salad

½ head lettuce

½ pkg frozen peas (washed and dried)

1½ cup celery

3 tbsp each sugar and onion

1 can sliced water chestnuts
-
¾ cup each Mayonnaise and Sour Cream (Mixed)

3-4 hard boiled eggs (Sliced or wedges)

1-2 tomatoes (sliced or wedges)

6 slices cooked bacon (crisped and crumbled)

parmesan cheese
-
grated cheddar cheese
Layer onto 9X13 inch glass pan or round salad bowl the lettuce,
peas, celery, onion, chestnuts.
Spread with mayo and sour cream mixture
Sprinkle with sugar and parmesan cheese
Cover and chill over night
Before serving, top with eggs, tomatoes, bacon and cheddar cheese.
